sorry, but what is this? Is this a radio headset or wireless headphones? does it work? I don't mind that batteries aren't included. but I might be interested if I knew what this is and if it works?

It is a portable radio that you can listen to while out jogging working etcetera. Not just headphones, they use to make these all the time a long time ago. :-)
