It was very helpful for me and my son. He has velo-cardio-facial-syndrome with hypotonia (not as good as the others w/ sports, accident prone, etc), developmental delay, ADHD component to the VCFS, etc. Kids tease him and he just wants to be "normal", and he gets flustered with schoolwork This book is great! He is very smart, just learns differently. The title "LD" meaning Learning Difference is what sold me on the book & it is in layman's terms....just a great book! Thanks for your comment and best of luck w/ your career! :)
