The listing, Ceramic Picture Frame Flower (or Plant) Pot has ended.

Looking at the pictures you will see that the picture frame is in the front and the flower pot is behind it. It also comes with a little pot that a plant can be put into before placing it in the ceramic pot. I believe it came with it. I have had this for around ten years and my mom had it before me, so i think it may be pretty old. There aren't any chips or cracks. Besides normal wear on the bottom of it, it looks brand new. The picture frame is about 4 1/2" tall. The picture hole is about 2 1/2" tall and about 2" wide. I cut out a piece of plastic to cover the picture in the hole, but I don't know what happened to that. It's been in storage for awhile. Any questions please ask, I haven't packaged it yet.
