According to the jeweler's I bought them from and paid good money to, yes.
They are smaller stones so it's not unusual for them to be 100% real.

They were in different settings 2 rings,2 pendants and a charm.

I really have no idea. When I sold the gold part of the jewelry, the jeweler returned the stones because they do not buy them. It was a small local store.
They give them back hoping you wil have them re-set into another piece of jewelry, but I cannot afford to do that so they are up for grabs.
