OK. Let me try the questions this way...When you used the device, was it in a bay in your computer, or did it hook up via usb, etc? Where did you buy the card reader? Maybe I can find the info on my own if I had some basic info to point me in the right direction. Generally on most electronic devices there is a label with "model # blah" or at leasta brand name.
