Antique Long Handle Spoon with aging wear and some paint worn. Antiquity wear. I seen these spoons around when I was a spring chicken, but now I am a full grown old bird, and I haven't seen too many around, but then again I don't get around either. I can't find any listings to help me with discovery the timeline it was made. Sorry

Has it been broken and soldered back together at the neck where it starts into the spoon?

Thank you for the information. I didn't know how to describe it. It does not appear to be cracked and soldered back. If someone has done this they did a remarkable job because I don't see it. I think what you are seeing in the photo is the color has faded

The color has faded at the top and bottom, also some areas on the back.
