You get your credits either 1) when the winner clicks the "got it" button after receiving the item from the seller or 2) automatically 20 days after the auction ends if the winner doesn't click the "got it" button. Although the winner is not required by Listia rules to click the "got it" button after receipt of an item, it is a nice courtesy to fellow Listians to click this button to release their credits. Just a way of taking care of each other on here and being a generally awesome person! :)
