This is brand new and never used. I got it to use on my dog but she won't let me use it so I'm going to let someone else have it.

Winner pays for shipping and tracking and I will use the cheapest rate. I only accept PayPal. All Listia rules apply. If you win and don't verify your address within the 7 days I will re-list and keep your credits. No refunds.

That would depend on how many disks you want. For 1 or 2 the cost plus tracking is between $4 & $5.
