Do the leaves on it grow up or do they like to curl around the roots? I have bunch glued in various shells and cute tiny pots. Whats the maximum temperature they can handle? I'd love to put some in a reptile terrarium but on hot days it can get up to 85 in there with 50-70 percent humidity. Im assuming the heat lamp will fry them tho :(

They can handle a good 98+ and the more the humidity the better. The leaves grow out straight. They do fine in a reptile cage. And, the lizards love them. The only thing is I would not use glue on them as it can damage the roots which will kill them.

Thanks! :D I used E6000 on them, they're all doing well and flowering. Just have to be careful about water getting trapped inside the shells. My terrarium has a large piece of wood with knot holes in it so they would sit perfect and the roots will eventually take hold. They really are neat lil plants.

It's good to hear that they are doing so well. I think they will do just fine in your terrarium.
