I can not do free shipping any more. Amazing how first cass mail never is delivered and I have to refund credits.

your starting bid is fine =) I have had some trouble with jams being delivered also, if you have tracking on them then file a delayed mail report and they will locate the package and get them delivered, I have had to do this about twice a week lately and its ALWAYS smaller packages like jams but every single time when I do the delayed mail report they find them, just do it was soon as you see the package was not delivered on time and give the customer the case number they give you so they can see you are on top of getting it taken care of =)
