The listing, Hawaii Provisional Govt 1 cent Stamp 1893 has ended.
This is a Hawaii stamp depicting Queen Kapiolani with a provisional government stamp on it dated 1893 (or 1883?).
Akahi-Keneta is an inscription found on Hawaiian stamps meaning one cent.
I bought this at a yard sale 20 years ago. I know nothing about stamps. It appears in really good condition. The back still has glue on it but not all.
