Decorative crafting push pins?

I really dont know what they are or what they are for but they are pointy and sharp like some type of push pin.
If anyone knows what these are called or what they are for please let me know so i can add it to the description.

There is 83 pieces i this lot
they are silverish toned wih 10 tiny looking ball shapes on them (see photos)

All with 2 pointed prongs each
