@Kyleeddy not really. I have one [from same seller] and it's really tight. I probably wouldn't wear it for normal use, I only got it as a "bad guy" movie prop :P

I would say it depends my husband and my 13 yr old have the same size head which is smaller than mine and I;m a female. I think it's relative to the person.
