So I assume the LCD screen is broken but the phone works. Am I correct? The outer screen (digitizer) is fine right? How many GBs and what carrier? Also CLEAN ESN?

I don't know I was told that if you take it to a corporate US Cellular they can switch it over just like a sprint phone can be switched over to you so leave soon so I'm quite not sure about that but I think it does need repair I'm not sure what's wrong with it it just turns on and a black screen
