The listing, VINTAGE Manning Bowman Sugar Bowl has ended.

This is a groovy part to a art deco set it says Manning Bowman ....Meridan, Conn. USA on the bottom. Very shiny chrome. I did some research real quick and find it for about $10 made in 1940. Could be a really cool trinket dish.The set had a creamer with a wooden handle and a tray with 2 wooden handles.

Unfortunately no. That is an oriental brass display coaster for oriental type ceramics. It is kinda heavy. But, if you wait a week or so I am going to list it with some oriental items.
