FREE: HD Touch Screen GPS Navigation System

My husband purchased this GPS online for use while driving commercial trucks. He thought this system would automatically reroute him in order to avoid parkways (etc) that restricted commercial vehicles, but it does not offer that feature. Instead of returning it, he procrastinated for 9 months and now we can't even figure out where he purchased it from.
The screen still has the protective film sticker on it which was never removed. In one of the pictures it appears that the screen is scratched, but those are actually scratches on the protective sticker(If you are wondering how this happened after a few days of trial use: He works in construction and drives trucks..and hes like a 12 year old child). All specifications and information is available in the many pictures I have uploaded and there's a user's manual included as well. In the photos you will notice that there are screen shots of windows and Internet explorer. When I reached this page I was not able to get any further or type anything into the address bar. I was only using my finger to activate the touch screen, but the manual references to a stylus pen at times. I am UNSURE if a stylus pen will allow for use of Internet explorer since I have not tried it. I do not know if a touch screen keyboard pops up or if there is a port to connect a keyboard either.
