I honestly don't know if they are rust-proof. I have had them for quite a while, and they have never rusted, so that might be your answer. And no, they're not missing any stones or pearls at all. :)

I totally understand! It's hard to get a really close-up picture of some things. But there's nothing missing, and it hasn't rusted at all.
