you will recieve 2-3 young roots ( bulblets) I leave some of the top to help them set and grow but I cut off most of it.
they grow well and are sturdy plants. I use the blossoms in salads and the roots as well sliced raw.I cook the root and blooms too. I am not recomending anyone eat anything they do not know.I just stating that I eat them.
