Made in Hawaii this bright orange halter dress is perfect for summer. I bought it and it is backless and I couldn't find an option that would work for me for a bra and was not comfortable going without one. So after sitting in my closet never worn for a year it's time to find someone who will wear it!
Chest to Hem: 36.5" Straps: 13" Waist:16" laying flat.
The belt is not included simply shown as a style option! This has never been worn so no flaws, defects, stains, rips, tears etc. In NEW condition from non smoking dog friendly home but I never let them wear my clothes :)
