Great auction love it he in jail for trying to get his own stuff back the people that took not in jail that's crazy someone took my stuff i'm getting it back don't understand that one.
I think he sold that stuff or had to give it up in a court settlement he lost to the Brown Family. I believe he kind of had that "F" the law...and the law "F"ed him....but as always...this is just my 2 cents.......:)........TY for liking the auction!
I live in Buffalo and had season tickets in those great days of the 70's If we would have any kind of a really good team, Just think of how much better OJ's numbers would have been....
Your right...it was a poor team, but he did have a good Offensive Line with Reggie McCenzie and Co He was one of the first (to publize anyway...:) that he bought watches for his Offensive line....I believe it was that 2,003 yard year he had.I remember, he had a lot of Fans back then...and a lot of people were rooting for him to make it to 2,000 yards, which of course he...and again..in just 14 games...and in some SNOWY games to say the least....:)....to bad Ego, Drugs, and Rage had a bigger grip on him...than all the Gifts, Success, Money, Woman, and you name it to the list.....those (3) things take the baddest dude down eventually...and he proved that....a whole life wiped out in a day...(not that he was a Angel or Saint before that terrible day...by no means he really wasn't...but being a bad guy and a Monster...are two different things....but with that...he'll be remembered forever....with that one day overshadowing a lifetime of achievements....Sorry for Yapping....my History class of 303 is now over.....:)........have a Nice weekend!.....
No, it's the real thing.....Beckett wouldn't Graded a reprint unless they stated it was one....which is why many people have their more older higher end cards graded....to not only boost the value of the card a whole bunch, but to make sure it's not a reprint or a fake.....Hope I Helped.....
TYVM....though a card is NOT worth 2 Human live's....Generations to come that wasn't affeced by the tragedy of all that went on, and though I'm sure they'll have some kind of sympathy for the victims....I think that will help the value of this card in a "Sick" kind of way. (and he was, one of the best RB's of all time...as far as football is concern)
That's okay....people always ask a question...it's good for others who may think it may be a Reprint of a Fake......and now they know it's not...that helps all of us involved.....:)
