Snow Cone Syrup....A great summer treat for adults and kids alike. Recipe will be mailed to winner via usps. I have included $1.25 shipping charge to offset expense of printer ink, paper and postage Winner must provide a Listia verified address within 7 days of auction end. Shipping charge MUST be paid through Paypal. If I have not received a verified address or shipping charge within 7 days, I will keep credits and relist item. Absolutely NO buyers remorse accepted. Sorry but credits can't just be refunded because you didn't see the shipping charge....that's not the way it works. Once you bid, your bid is locked in and cannot just be cancelled....maybe someone else will outbid you.
