Bamboo pillow is filled with shredded memory foam and soft viscose which comes from bamboo). It's supposed to keep cool at night and is hypoallergenic. It is also soft and shapeable. Hope that helps.

They are very heavy!!!! They are delicious to sleep on!!!! I have 4 of them on my bed and you can conform them to your body just the way you want them to! When you open the package it has a slight strange odor, but goes away quickly, even faster and more luxurious with a squirt of your fav oils, (sandalwood, lilac, and I squirt mine weekly with a tiny bit of Eucalyptus!!! ) Fab Auction!!!!!! These suckers run 100 bucks a piece!!!!! Fanned and just watching...good luck!!!!!!

Yes! They are quite heavy....a lot more than the average pillow. I guess the smell is like a "new smell" like you would get in a new car or a freshly painted house, that goes away over time. Never thought to squirt the actual pillow with oils. What a great idea!! I sometimes use a bit of pillow mist on the cases, not on the pillow itself. Exactly! They have been around for quite some time but it took awhile for them to get noticed. They now carry them pretty much everywhere....price clubs, department stores and even street vendors!

I already own a Bamboo pillow and I have to say that this is the BEST pillow that I've ever owned!! Super Comfortable!! I've purchased so many different types of pillows from traditional memory foam, cool gel, feather down and so own....but this pillow is absolutely fabulous!!!
