Dorthy, again a friend gave these to me, I am larger than a 14. I wear a 16/18I can give you some measurements if you would like. That's all I know to do. I will measure the rise and hip to hip and waist for you. Please look below for the measurements. Thank you for checking out my auctions.

Dorthy, I measured them the waist is 17 1/2" the rise from crotch to top of shorts is 11 1/2" and the hips are 21 1/2" across the waist is just one way across also so double the 17 1'/2 , which comes to 35" I believe. This is all I know to do to let you know how big or small they are.
