If you check the link I gave you, in that link they provide info on how to redeem points. I was also just on the exact page where you redeem the points. I could have entered the code right there and then to get the points (but if I did, I would have made the code invalid for Listia).

I am not sure why Microsoft would leave the site up for the points program if they suspended it.

I think that they stopped issuing points but still accept them.

The way to get gin is to go to advanced settings and put a check in the gin box and select an amount

No. Once entered and you press confirm, it will show you what the code is for and then ask you to confirm again that you want to redeem it. You can press cancel at this point and not use the code.
