The listing, 1962 Topps #487 JERRY LYNCH (Reds) Hard to Find High #! has ended.
1965 Topps was released in several series, with the high number series being the least printed series and hardest to find.
Lynch is by no means a "household name", but he was a solid ballplayer for 14 seasons, starting his career with 3 seasons in Pittsburgh before playing 7 in Cincinnati and returning to the Pirates for his last 4. Despite seeing lots of pinch at-bats, Jerry hit double-digits in home runs in 6 different seasons and retired with the most pinch-hit home runs in baseball history. Arguably his best season came in 1961 when he batted .315 with 13 home runs despite appearing in only 96 games, good enough to collect a few MVP votes.
Card should grade in excellent condition.
