Yep, completely internet accessible yes you can play games on it like it says in the description it is an older phone so it does have many scratches but it works just fine

Yes, it just like any other smartphone you can download apps and get on the Internet and all that fun stuff it's just on a lesser known carrier but I'm sure you could unlock it to get it on whatever carrier you'd prefer.
