Samsung Galaxy S4 (Verizon) with a bad screen

As is. The screen needs to be replaced.

I put a SIM card in it, and it rings when called, however, there is no way to answer the call or see anything on the screen. The screen is totally black, and I can see a couple hairline cracks in the screen.

As far as I can tell, yes. The glass appears to be cracked, and I am guessing the display is damaged behind the screen since nothing appears. When I plug it in, it vibrates briefly. If I put a sim card in it it will ring.
