This is a Seiko watch that you just have to shake it to power it up. I am not sure how all of that works exactly. That's just what my hubby told me. He called it a kinetic watch. It does need a band. It is used and does show signs of wear. It has scratches and a few nicks in the metal, but hey, it's a Seiko, you can still see the time and it's cool. Even if you just want to turn it into a keychain or something it would still be worth it. You just have to shake it regularly or it will stop.
