Women's size small Mint gene hot pants (short shorts) by Cheryl Creations. Excellent Condition. Nylon lycra blend so they are stretchy and pull on and off without a zipper or buttons. 4 belt loops. 2 tiny pinhead size dots that I assume to be from when they died the material.
