The outfit is a dress and a mask. No the home is not smoke free but that being said let me say that I don't smoke. My husband does but he's only home maybe twice a week and he smokes in a front room and this has been kept in its bag in my closet in the back of the house. We are also pet free. Hope this helps and sorry I didn't clarify before. Anymore questions just ask.
