Personally, these books are more for entertainment purposes in my opinion. I think they can open people's eyes to the side that isn't so green on the other side and for some maybe serve as a tool to be more mindful, empathetic, and non judgemental.
On the flipside, for others I hope it helps give hope to the people and their family members living with these or similar issues that they are not alone and there IS hope.
