Here is a size Medium outrageously cute and summer essential strapless floral dress. Made by forever 21. Cuts short above the knees. Dark navy blue and floral print. Slip on the inside of skirtting.

Juniors , slightly used condition. I bought it used but couldn't ware it because it was to small =( so I'm passing it on....

No not at all.. it has a zipper in the back and is a cotton true to size fit I wish it was thou lol cuz then it would have fit me ;)
