Sorry but I looked on the box and on the wrap itself and it doesn't say, but it looks and feels like a Terry cloth material. I have one in yellow that I use and my daughter has one in purple and we both love it. It stays on your head really well, it is easy to put on. Keeps your hair out of the way when you put lotion on and make up. By the time you are done all of that, your hair is not wet but just damp so doing your hair does not take as long.
