The camera is on the back of the phone. the front is the screen side.
Most of these questions (and more) could be answered by googling Samsung Instint. And Sprint has a map of their coverage area on their website.

Don't wanna seem to take over your comments hun. I have had the Instinct for almost 2 years so i am quite familiar with it.

OH WAIT!! i want to WIN this auction: THIS PHONE SUCKS AND ANY OTHER PHONE WOULD BE BETTER THEN THE ONE I WANT ;)
Really it is a great phone. Was hard to get use to the touchscreen without a keyboard but now I wouldn't want to change to any other phone.

It does have a single 2 MegaPixel camera... I'm not sure if you'd consider it to be on the front or not. ;)

i am sure it works perfectly because you said so. I had one before the one i had now n it worked perfectly bu was stolen. I am not sure what happened to the one i have now. i DO know that i like this phone and want to stay with it. you have taken a great photo there but there is nothing to indicate if the phone actually turns on...esp with it being your childs old phone it would be nice to know for sure that it works...so if you could post a photo of the phone on that would be great!! ty
