Shipping cost is exact cost plus the cost of the package to mail it in (which would be around $0.17 to $1.07) depending on the size of the package you would need. If winner of auction pays for shipping costs by PayPal there is a 2.9% charge on top of shipping costs because I need to collect the exact amount of costs for shipping. I also accept money orders for shipping costs but I do not mail packages until I receive shipping costs. Winner of auction will need to verify delivery address and pay shipping costs to have a swift delivery. Packages will not be shipped out until delivery address has been verified and shipping costs have been paid. Winner of auction that doesn't follow through will be blocked from future auctions. Winner of auction is allowed 7 days to verify delivery address and pay for shipping costs. If winner needs to make other arrangements, communication is a great thing.
