The phone carrier is straight talk. The phone it self is in great conditon. No scratches in screenm back, or edges.

The screen is about 3 inches tall by about 2 inches wide... im not sure on exact measurements. I had to use my index finger. If you will be patient with me i'll get my husband to measure it when he gets home
