There are 11 knit and 14 crochet patterns including a cute doll blanket made of granny squares. Shipping to 33445 would be 4.97 for priority mail ( 1-3 days)and 3.01 ( 2-9 days) for media mail your choice. Thank you.

and postage for zip 55106? -- are the patterns difficult or easy?

Priority shipping is 4.97 anywhere, will have to go weigh the pkg and input the zip code to tell you what media shipping would be. In answer to the question about the difficulty of the patterns..that would depend on your level of expertise. For example I think the knit patterns are difficult because I do not knit very well, but someone who knits well those same patterns could be easy.
