Yes, you would get a printed copy of recipe in the mail. It does stink, but yes it does work very well! I have used this in streams, ponds, and fast running water. The ingredients that is put in this cause a slow release of smell. I have sold over 20 copies and everyone that has used it has had nothing but good things to say about it.
