This is a sweet little country girl 'cowgirl'/'Cowboy' hat, toddler to around 4 year old sized, that any little girl will love. The elastic band keeps this hat from falling or blowing off. I'll add hatband measurements soon. As you can see, it has a little character already, with different shades of pink, etc. 'Too cute' & perfect for Summer.
