Here is a new with tags red tutu by The Pamela Company. It has an adjustable waist that is 19" at the smallest and stretches up to 42". It measures 12" long and has leaves in the skirt as well as a red ribbon belt with red roses and green leaves. Very cool and would be great on your dancer or yourself!
