This is an absolutely gorgeous baby girl's hooded beach dress made by Carter's. It has a zipper in the front and hood. Fabulous for the beach.

Measurements:
9 1/2 inches across the back armpit to armpit.
14 1/2 inches length from back of the neck to the bottom edge.

This dress is so adorable. It is brand new without tags and is in excellent condition.
