These are new Hard Candy brand eye tattoos. 3 sets of eye tattoos are included (as you can see in pics), all smokey eye style. One gray, one purple, and one blue. They will come with the instructions, but won't come with setting powder. However, you can use any setting powder or just use eyeshadow primer.
These are long-wearing, crease-proof, and hypo-allergenic. And the nice thing is, if you use them correctly, each set can usually be used more than once.
I try to ship the same day that the auction closes, but I have a very difficult work schedule so please be patient. I will ship as soon as possible.
