Zalman CPU fan, 2 ball bearing, socket 754, i believe, but it might fit to any CPU with adaptors. As is. Aluminum copper heat sink.

I dont really know how you attach it coz i didnt use it. As far as I remember it came with it I think. Its been a while since the last time I had this on my AMD cpu on Asus mobo. Here's a link off ebay for reference only. Hope this helpss I will find all the hardware that comes with it so i can include them.

thanks checked it out on ebay and Newegg its definitely missing some pieces but i have some screws and bracket that i can make it work with the black adapter
