I'm not sure what your problem is. I can hardly decipher what you're writing & the point you're trying to make, but I think I got the gist of it.

All I'm saying is that it is probably just dead, but I can't guarantee that because I don't have the specific charger for it, or one that fits it. Yes, I understand it is ultimately up to Listia to refund credits. What I meant by that was, if someone receives the item, and for whatever reason, it doesn't work, I will not automatically respond to the dispute by refunding the credits because it clearly states in my auction the condition of the item and my personal knowledge of it.

I am being 100% upfront & honest. Its not like I know something is boken & will never work & I'm trying to scam people. I absolutely LOVE Listia.

Also, this item is FREE...with FREE shipping!! If you don't like it, don't bid. That's the beauty of auctions. No one is forcing you to bid, let alone look at my auction.

Unfortunately it does not. I've seen them on eBay for < $10 though. Or you could possibly use a charger from something else. Not sure though what kind it takes.
