Hello to all.I really do not know what I have some have said a candle holder some have said a shot glass. I have heard different ideas as well as different uses.It is like a frosted rough textured on the out side inside is smooth.This was given to me 15 years ago when I got married.I do not know where it was purchased really the only thing I know it that there were 2 of them but when we purchased our home one was broken:(.the glass is rather thick but no matter how thick and durable it is glass and sidewalk does not mix to well.Anyhow I included pics of this the best I could in the one pic I tried to show why the measurements are different it goes into a slsnt.I have never seen anything like this before that is precisely why I was never able to replace the one I broke.I guess you can leave this to your imagination and use for what ever you choose to.
