Not sure if the stones are real. But the band appears worn. Still very pretty. Ruby or garnet with diamonds on the side. Size 8.

Just so you are aware the band is quite worn. Can't see much gold anymore. I believe it was gold plated? I used to wear it all the time. If it gets cleaned and re-plated, it could be a absolutely gorgeous piece. Thanks!
