Yes and my hair is hard to hold a curl. So I had do use mousse on sections of my hair first before i use the curl first, this made the curl last most of the day, if I wanted it to last all day, then I sprayed my hair with hairspray, but for church if you want a bouncy hold that last for a few hours then you don't have to spray if you use the mousse only.
