I can understand how irritating that can be. Due to some of the problems that I have had with the USPS I send everything with the tracking number. And now in most states the tracking number is free at least here in Illinois. I was told that by the post office 2 weeks ago when I sent something off and asked for the added tracking number. I do not always post the tracking number when I send something off that way if it is a scammer I can nail their HINNY to the wall!! LOL
Only once I had a person claim they received the envelope ripped and the items not in it but I had proof that I sent a box and I had the tracking number for the flat rate small box

I know it's free in Ohio but I don't ship in packages I ship in envelopes but I have had a few ppl say that they recurve one item but not the other knowing I sent them together and they have said the envelope ripped but I tape the envelope up ppl are creative until you shut them down lol I understand that

There are more than a few bad apples in dealing with one now she opened a case on a Sunday 2 days after I sent her items just opened a case with the reason she hadn't gotten them she hasn't answered any of my questions why she opened it and hasn't responded to admin and I'm sure they'll refund to her bc she's the winner but I know she has gotten the by now she hasn't been on in a couple days and scammers like that make the site so unfun and makes me want to quit sometimes bc I am not a scammer and listia doesn't listen to anyone but the winners I u see stand sometimes it happens things get lost I always send my items and when ppl open cases 2 days after items are sent that should be proof enough they're lying especially when they open on a Sunday 2 days after auction lol sorry I'm a little irritated lol

Thank you I need that sometimes I meet super nice ppl that make me wanna stay in just tired of getting ripped off by liars and listia giving them the credits back but I started telling listia I know they're scamming giving my proof and sometimes I'll get the credits back but they mostly give us both the credits
