Up for auction is slightly less than 1 yard (34 and 3/4 inches) of grosgrain ribbon. The ribbon is 7/8 inch in width.
This ribbon is so adorable, with it's white background, and the design includes the words 'Cowgirl Up' with hats, horse shoes and pink boots completing the print.

Ribbons are useful in 101 craft projects- making hair bows or headbands, bracelets or necklaces, scrap booking, card making, sewing-trimming clothing, purses, crocheting or quilting projects, decoupage, decorating gifts, baskets or wreaths, etc.

I sometimes use ribbons to decorate my needlepoint projects. My grandmother used to thread ribbon through many of her crocheted items-hats, mittens, sweaters, blankets, etc. She even did this with clothes that she crocheted for my Barbie dolls. She'd use 1/8 inch ribbon-so tiny. Both my mother and grandmother loved to sew, and would make clothes for everyone, often they would be trimmed with ribbon. They made some gorgeous things. Ahh....Memories can be so sweet!
