Hand crafted cards by a wonderful woman @ church, so I thought I would share with y'all....

This is dark blue stock paper w/lighter blue as waves on edge v card,then stock paper that is waves on top & sand on bottom, then white stock w/blue trim around it,then there is a 'swimming kat w/4 little fishes & written 4×'s is:Happiest Wishes' & 2 ribbons on top v blue w/polka dots & yellow ribbon, then inside on left is blank & on right is: stripe waves w/yellow paper w/white paper w/blue trim & has 3 fishes & says:May your Birthday be as Special as You Are'...card w/plain white envelope....
